Registration Dates

Early Registration
To take advantage of the "early" discounted rate, registration must be received on or before February 18, 2011.
Postmark, email or fax date will be acceptable for verification.

Advance Registration
Registration may be made in the "advance" category on or before April 23, 2011.
Postmark, email or fax date will be acceptable for verification.

On-site Meeting Registration
After April 23, 2011 registration must be made at the meeting and at the higher rate.

Registration Categories

Academic/Government (member) This registration category allows members of the International Cytokine Society (ICS) who are employed in an academic or government setting to register at a lower rate.

Academic/Government (non-member *)
Registrants who are employed in an academic or government setting who are not members of ICS may register in this category.

Industry (member)
This category allows participants who are employed in industry to register for the meeting. The ICS encourages participation of companies and their representatives in the meetings and also offers opportunities for sponsors and/or exhibits.

Industry (non-member *)
Registrants, employed in industry, who are not members of ICS may register in this category.

In Training (student/resident/postdoctoral fellow **)
This registration category is open to students, residents and post-doctoral fellows who are considered "in training". Registrations in this category must be accompanied by a letter from the advisor certifying the eligibility of the student for this reduced fee.


* SPECIAL NOTE TO NON-MEMBERS
Become an ICS member and SAVE! Registrants who wish to become a member of ICS may take advantage of the lower member registration fees. Please download and complete the "ICS Membership Form". Attach the membership form with supporting documents to your meeting registration form and send to the Meeting Secretariat.


** SPECIAL NOTE TO STUDENTS
Early registration for 4 or more students from the same laboratory will receive 1 complimentary registration. Mark "4th Student Free" on the registration form. For verification purposes, a list of the 4 students from a laboratory indicating the 3 paying student registrations and the 1 complimentary registration must accompany the form.

Tickets

Registration includes:

1 ticket Opening Reception
1 ticket Banquet

Additional tickets may be purchased for accompanying guests either in advance or at the meeting registration desk (subject to availability). A Guest ticket for the Opening Reception is $65 per person and the banquet is $80 per person.

Methods of Payment

Credit Cards
Registration and other fees may be paid by Visa, Master Card and American Express. Complete the Meeting Registration Form below, making certain to include all of the requested information. You will need to provide the cardholder name, complete credit card number and expiration date. You will receive confirmation that your registration is received as soon as your credit card is processed.

Checks
Registration and other fees may also be paid by check or money order.

Complete the Meeting Registration Form below, making certain to include all of the requested information. This form needs to be mailed along with your check.

Note: If your institution or company is providing the check for registration fees, please request that they include your completed registration form with the check. This will ensure proper credit of the fees to your meeting registration.

Cancellation & Refunds

If you must cancel your meeting registration, please request the refund in writing prior to April 1, 2011. There is a $50 USD handling fee for any registration cancellation.

Receipts, Badges, Programs & Tickets

Receipts, badges, programs and special function tickets will be available at the meeting registration desk. Badges must be worn to all sessions and special functions. Tickets are required to attend the opening reception and banquet and must be presented at the door for admission to the function. Lost badges and/or tickets may be subject to a replacement fee.

Complete all information including your signature, email address and credit card information. You may then scan the form and email directly to the Meeting Secretariat.
